months. Since working with Matt, I have seen a

instructs you on exercise techniques, he also focuses

orthotics, Dr. Scholl inserts, but still had the same
problem. I even went to a podiatrist and he told me
that I would have to get custom made orthotics that
would cost over $500.00. Matt showed me a few simple
exercises that I could do to strengthen the muscles
around my feet. I have seen a significant improvement
and it's great! I am very pleased with Matt's
instruction, his encouragement and his
professionalism. He definitely gives you the
inspiration to reach your fitness goals and plays some

Matt’s for
the last 3 months. I am 45 years old, have never worked
with a personal trainer, and have never been
particularly capable athletically. In the three months
I have been Matt’s
client, I have seen him study the issues that are unique
to my situation and focus on what to train and what
areas needed a more cautionary approach due to previous
injury. Matt
approached each aspect of my training both
scientifically and medically, in the sense that he
studied my physique, determined the best way to train
me, taught me to compensate around injured areas by
performing specialized training exercises. Thereafter,
Matt placed

Matt, or when
on my own. In short, having achieved such significant
results, the results are something I do not intend to
give up and I do not at all find it a chore to maintain
and improve upon these results. In fact, going to the
gym has become one of the parts of my day I look forward
to most.
This would not have been

Matt’s coaching, knowledge as a trainer and
willingness to design a program suited completely to my
needs and time constraints. As we have progressed,
Matt has
designed a program that I can utilize with or without
his direct supervision. I find I can utilize this
program on my own at my local gym, or when out of town.
Over time, we will continue to consult on as regular a
basis as needed, with suitable modifications to the
program as my training needs continue to evolve. I can

"My wife and I (both in our 50s) have been working out with Matt for several months. When Matt first suggested that he could work with both of us simultaneously, I was a bit skeptical.
