My experience
training with Real Fitness Results was entirely
positive. I am 51 years old and have attended
various fitness facilities over the last 25
years and have never had a training session past
the two or three free orientation sessions that
often come with a new membership. I thought I
would take just a few sessions but I liked it so
much I had more than a dozen, and then brought
my teenage daughter in, too. My trainer really
helped me with my recovering
knee, and I saw that I was capable of working
much harder and consistently than I had before.

about achieving their
fitness goals and wanted to be there yesterday. Three
weekly sessions with your
personal trainer will deliver the best results in the
shortest amount of time...you'll also learn far more with this program and be more
likely to maintain your
fitness level on your own afterwards.

12 Session Program (2x a week) $70 per session
Two sessions a week with your personal trainer will not
only get you started and up to speed faster, but you'll
also see better results and faster!
6 Session Program (1x a week)- $75 per session
Meeting once a week with your trainer will ensure you
stay on track and are on the way to achieving your
goals!

Next Level Athletic Training Program
If your an athlete of any sport and you would like to
take your game to the next level you are in luck. We
also train athletes who are serious about achieving
optimum performance.
This program will
improve your athletic performance through proper
conditioning for your favorite sport. Sport Specific
Training is not a type of training which teaches you how
to play your sport better, but an instructional and
interactive training that teaches you how to condition
your body to perform at an optimal level to improve your
sport performance. Not only will you benefit from the
use of strength and conditioning techniques, but you
will also learn how to prevent injury through safe and
effective training.
